A Little About Me
Hey!
I’m Jess - Personal Trainer and Ski Coach. I’m a keen mountain biker, enjoy long alpine hikes and can’t get through the day without an oat milk latte!
Originally from Scotland, I have been living and playing in the Sea to Sky corridor for the last 10 years. I grew up fairly active playing field hockey, basketball and competing in Athletics. After graduating University, I decided to follow my passion for skiing. I moved to Whistler, fell in love with the lifestyle and haven’t looked back since.
Adventuring in the mountains, like many of you living in the Sea to Sky, is what excites me and fuels my motivation to train! From first hand experience and 10 years of Ski Coaching I understand the demands and toll sport can have on our bodies. The decision to further my education in personal training was born out of the desire to stay stronger and healthier for as long as possible to be able to continue to play outside and do all the activities I love.
This is the intention and energy I want to bring to all of my clients.
Whether you’re looking to increase strength for skiing,
improve power to pedal up those climbs or simply just to
get fitter, I’m here to make that happen.
I want to help you achieve your goals and
empower you to feel stronger, move well and to
continue to be able to play outside!

Philosophy:
Living an active lifestyle is the key to longevity, as well as eating well and practicing mindfulness.
Incorporating a solid training routine into your life will allow you to feel good, understand movement patters, build resilient joints, stronger bodies and allow you to keep up with your activities for as long as possible.

a movement centred approach, helping to
improve the mind body connection, improve mobility and functional strength
